What if the greatest reward is appreciation?
A lot can happen in few years. An accidental business can turn into a few companies trying to be the best in the world at what they do. A small website could become a global brand with 20 million users. A little known start-up could go on to be recognized and celebrated by the leading media from all around the globe. An entrepreneurial venture could be recognized as one of the 50 Most Innovative Companies in the world.
While a recognition or an award is not a goal in itself, they do tell us that we are on the right track and are a testament to the hard-work of all our colleagues.

Over the last few years we have won numerous accolades but as rightly said by People Group Founder and CEO Anupam Mittal, "Lists are simply a way to recognize that we are on the right path. They are not a point of arrival. We still have a lot of work ahead of us."
